("Guardian Intel", "GIS", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the Site by anyone else. Information on the Site about our security services is provided for general information only. Any quote, proposal or request submitted through the Site is an inquiry, not a binding contract. Security services are provided solely under a separate written service agreement between Guardian Intel and the client. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
When you submit information through our forms (for example, quote requests or job applications), you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and you confirm you are authorized to provide it.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardian Intel Security Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Québec, judicial district of Montréal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
